    Workforce Readiness – Effective Strategies for Succession Planning

    In our session, you will gain valuable insight into the following topics:
    Given the impending retirement of nearly 76 million workers, it is more critical than ever that organizations prepare a smooth transition of leadership to the next generation.  The process of succession planning will be reviewed from beginning to end, and attendees will leave with actionable strategies that can be implemented within their own organization.  Specific topics that will be discussed include: defining their overall succession strategy, creating leadership competencies, assessment of organizational bench strength, development of high-potential talent, and transition of new leaders into senior leadership roles.

    About Our Presenter: James Lundquist, M.A.

    Since joining PRADCO in 2011, Mr. Lundquist has drawn extensively on his experience in Technology, Finance and Sales, as well as his background in Psychology. He has quickly developed a faculty for evaluating candidates’ skills and strengths to determine their fit within an organization and their readiness for expanded responsibility. Specifically, he works with some of the company’s largest clients to evaluate executive-level candidates and help organizations identify the right person for key leadership positions.

    An important contributor to PRADCO’s coaching team, Mr. Lundquist works extensively with high-potential leaders to develop their skills and realize their ambitions. He has designed and delivered training programs for management groups to optimize results and create high performing teams.

    Mr. Lundquist earned his B.A. in Psychology from Southwestern University and his M.A. in Psychology from Sam Houston State University.
