The PRADCO Quick View Contributor assessment is a tool designed to evaluate an individual’s strengths and developmental opportunities as it relates to Emotional Intelligence and other behaviors key to success in the workforce.  Using our forced-choice format, results are generated that help individuals understand which behaviors they prioritize in their work and which behaviors get less attention.  Specifically, the Quick View Contributor report focuses on motivation, work approach, building relationships, supporting others, influencing others, and the quality of our decisions.  All reports include follow up questions to further explore developmental opportunities as well as suggestions for ways to improve on those behaviors that are given less emphasis.  Participants that go through the PRADCO assessment will have a better understanding of the ways they use Emotional Intelligence and other behaviors to be effective in their work as well as what they can do to improve and develop to be even more impactful.
